I know goldfish are legal to use as bait as long as the water being fished does not restrict it. Does it matter if they come from a store, baitshop or if you raise them? An officer in Parke county had said pet store goldfish are illegal to use but I can't find anything in the regs saying anything about the origin of the goldfish.
