Appreciate the answer, just wanted to let you know, I've decided to reach out to the area DNR officer I know well and explain the entire situation to and seek guidance as well from him. It works out well though as it is off of my chosen bedding/sanctuary so hunting any kind of run to and from the neighbor's bait most likely will never occur.

While the Administrative Code prohibits a hunter from hunting deer by the use or aid of bait, our officers have discretion in this area to allow them to determine what the outcome of a 'gray' situation like this should be. Our officers are very good at discovering the truth as well as the hunters intention and knowledge. they will base the outcome on the totality of the circumstances.
