I have a lifetime license. In the Archery season, you can take two does OR a buck and a doe. If I first take two does could I tag one as archery and one as a bonus doe in order to use the second archery tag for a buck?

yes Because you have a lifetime license or if you were hunting with a youth using a youth consolidated license. However, If you were not utilizing either of the two previous licenses, you would have to have a "bonus antlerless license to check it in as such and not just a regular archery license.
