Not sure if you'll have the answer but I ordered the E-stamp almost a month ago and had to order it through another state so I just went with North Dakota. I was told it would be mailed to me by the federal stamp vendor but have yet to receive anything. With only like 4-5 weeks left of goose season, should I receive it before the season ends?
