Well my partner Ernie and I finished around 13th out of 100 teams in the Wounded Warriors yote hunt this weekend. On our hunts we seen a total of 4 yotes, 2 of a night and 2 of a morn. We took 1 of the morn and we think we gut gut shot 1 at night, only finding just a few drops of blood. We look several hrs for him the next afternoon to no avail.
1st place come in with 19 yotes
2nd place had 11
Big yote was 45#
Most of all over 3600$ were raised for the Wounded Warrior Prodject.

That's awesome.. Do those #s include trapping? 19 coyotes in one weekend is unbelievable.

It was based out of Rockville, you can hunt your own properties but have to check in out in Rockville. Its called Coyote Crush. Big Tine deer feed puts it on. That's were there based out of.

Scott pet products owns big tine which is where it's at. they always have a good turnout and they always have some people killing a load of them

Our local contest took 37 iirc....first place was 11 I think

wtd24.... we enjoyed hunting the contest. We were in it last yr. we had only seen 1 yote last yr and he was running deer 4 or 5 hundred yrds. But we had a great time hunting and being at the check in. Looking forward to compete in the hunt next year.
