This was the final pic for this year's trapping adventure. My dad tagged along this year and while he trapped a lot when younger he never trapped a coyote back then. Like each I learned a little more including how to use a flat set more effective and how to remove cartridge from ears for better fur put up. The coyote I am holding was the biggest and the 1st one hanging was a close second. For reference I am 6ft 5. Both were huge males. In all I ended with 13 coyotes of which 11 were good enough to put up and one coon. These were all taken off our property and hopefully it makes a difference. I know they aren't worth much but honestly the time spent with my dad was priceless.

Great way to spend time with your dad and increase wildlife production on your propery. Thanks for sharing.

Way to go. Getting rid of yotes and spending time with your dad, cant get any better than that. Even tho the hides are not worth much you still are getting paid to spend time with your dad. Can not ask for much more than that.
