Since a deer license bundle can be used as bonus antlerless tags can they still be used on public ground that does not allow bonus IF you have not harvested your legal limit for other licenses

The license cannot be used as a Bonus Antlerless License on a property that does not allow the use of bonus antlerless licenses. For example, you only hunt Atterbury Fish and Wildlife Area and you have purchased a deer bundle license. You harvest two antlerless deer during the archery season utilizing the deer bundle as your two archery licenses. You could not continue to archery hunt on Atterbury until either the firearms season where you could take an antlered deer or the muzzleloader season where you could take antlered deer or an antlerless deer. If you hunted on Atterbury any other time than those two seasons after taking the two deer, the license would be considered a bonus antlerless license and that is not allowed on Atterbury.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
