I'm sure you have heard this one before. I'm so tired of seeing dogs and cats from the deer stand! It's been a decade now of seeing more domestic animals than deer. I am told the state has no regulation against dogs and cats free-ranging.What can hunters do to protect the thousands of dollars of habitat money we invest for wildlife from free-ranging domestic animals?

When it comes to domestic animals, you would need to contact the local animal control department and they will inform you of the various options you may have. This issue occurs throughout the state and due to it being addressed by the local government entities there are a minimum of 92 different answers.
