Buddy just bought acreage for deer and turkey hunting, therefore the property will be managed for that purpose. Trail cams reveal good deer and turkey populations, however, the racoon population is excessive. Racoon reduction before hatch and fawning would be ideal. Are there provisions in the code that allow for racoon control outside normal hunting and trapping seasons?

you can take specified furbearing mammals out of season if the animals are a nuisance as described by statute. If you are talking about a piece of property in the middle of no where and the animals are not a nuisance, you would be limited to controlling that population through the trapping and hunting seasons.
