I have an overabundance of bullfrog tadpoles in my private pond this year. Would like to sell off some, wondering if there's any regulations I need to be aware of?

Again, these are private pond stock.

If I'm reading regs right, I need to get aqua culture permit? Would I just list bullfrog or bullfrog tadpoles under "other"?

A person can only sell tadpoles if they are a byproduct of a fish production hatchery. The tadpoles must meet certain requirements. As a private individual, a person would not be allowed to sell tadpoles.
