What different types of vehicles are covered by this law?
ATV's
UTV's
Golf Carts

Golf carts are not considered to be an off-road vehicle.
ATV, UTV, side by side, go carts, dirt bikes are considered off-Road vehicles. Any vehicle that can travel across land without the need of a trail or path. Golf carts are listed as an exception under state statute.
