What are the legalities of using a front end loader to remove gravel from a creek bed and using it repair/cover a driveway?

The removal of creek rock is governed by Indiana Code and Indiana Administrative Code. I will list the appropriate citations below. However, I would recommend you contact the Division of Fish and Wildlife as they oversee the permitting for this activity.
