I know fur bearers cannot be shot from a boat, Coyotes etc.
But what about squirrels or rabbits?
Thanks

Furbearing mammals are the only species a person is restricted from shooting from a boat. However, an individual would need permission from the landowner to hunt the property the animal is located on. The boat cannot be under power or have movement at the time of taking due to being underpower. The use of a motorized conveyance is prohibited by Indiana Code.
