Does a person with a lifetime license need to purchase a separate Urban zone tag to hunt in a classified reduction zone? Also, is that hunter allowed to hunt the bonus Urban zone buck using the lifetime license once they have met the earn a buck rule and have harvested a doe in an urban zone?

A lifetime hunting license includes or covers ALL hunting licenses required by the state of Indiana. The holder would not be required to purchase any other license for hunting. A lifetime comprehensive hunting license includes or covers ALL hunting licenses required by the state of Indiana as well as ALL stamps required by Indiana. However, it does NOT include any federally required stamp. The holder would still have to register with the HIP (Harvest Information Program) every year if required by the species the holder is hunting.
The short answer... A person with a lifetime license would NOT need to purchase a separate urban zone tag to hunt in a classified reduction zone, regardless of an antlered or anterless deer. All other regulations apply.
