I own some farm property in Indiana in common with my siblings who are Indiana residents. I no longer live in Indiana. The property in question has never been surveyed and divided among us. Am I able to hunt the property without a license?

For an Indiana resident, the farmland must be owned by an individual or individuals. It cannot be in a trust belonging to several people.
For nonresidents, If the state where you are a resident allows Indiana residents that own property in that state to hunt without a license, you would not be required to have a license to hunt farmland you own in Indiana.
