Just pure curiosity, despite the fact that I spent several hours meticulously marking public property boundaries, I dont trust that my hunstand app is accurate.
Say I were using something like OnX that is more accurate, is corner hopping legal?

I could not find any case law, Indiana Statute, or Indiana Administrative Code that specifically deals with the issue of “corner hopping.” I did find where other states have determined that Corner hopping MAY be considered trespassing but no legislative or judicial action has confirmed this. Unfortunately, I cannot directly state it is legal or illegal as there is no legal precedent I could find for Indiana within the resources available.
