I have a very low draft jet drive boat. Is it legal to operate this on Indiana Rivers that are not on the Navigable waters list? Also, is there a speed limit for boats on Indiana rivers?

AS long as the waterway has not been declared "non-navigable", a boat may be operated upon the waterway. The only speed restriction applying to rivers is the night time speed which restricts your speed to no more than 10 miles an hour between sunset and sunrise.
