Is their any clarification for idle and no wake zones? I.e. a speed limit?
Just wondering what parameters constitute a wake or idle if that makes sense

Idle speed is considered to be the least amount of fuel you can give your motor when it is in gear. The speed cannot exceed five miles for hour. When your boat is idling, place the boat in gear just enough it "clicks" in to gear and do not give it any more fuel. The statute is posted below.
IC 14-8-2-129"Idle speed"
Sec. 129. "Idle speed", for purposes of IC 14-15-3-17, means the slowest possible speed, not exceeding five (5) miles per hour, that maintains steerage so that the wake or wash created by the watercraft is minimal.
