I turn 18 towards the end of this year. If I buy a youth license will it be good until the end of the year, or until I turn 18?

If the license is valid when you purchase it, it will be valid until it expires on March 31 of the following year. For example, if you purchase a youth license on April 1 and turn 18 on April 2, the license is valid until the following March 31.
