I have not been able to locate anything that makes this illegal. The setting of the stands and the cameras are not what is being advertised. It is an advertisement to rent/lease ground with the opportunity to take game. The bid is for the right to utilize the property for a specified period of time. The minimum bid varies based upon the time the property is rented and not varied based upon the services provided so the right to hunt the property and not the services provided is the fundamental expense.
