With there not being a season yet, is it legal to pursue cats with dogs with the sole purpose to tree and nothing else or would it fall under harassment of non game laws. Not talking accidental trees while hunting coons but a pack of dogs with the sole intention to tree cats. My beagles don't have a snowballs chance, just more a curiosity question.
