Is it legal to dispatch skunks with a syringe pole in Indiana? Thanks

Indiana Administrative Code does not address or define the methods of euthanizing a wild animal, once it is has been trapped. The hope and concern of the hunting and trapping community is that the animal will be dispatched in the most humane and effective manner. The use of a syringe pole would not be prohibited on a wild animal that is legally trapped by an individual either on the persons own property where a license exemption exists or by an individual that is trapping under a resident or nonresident trapping license during a legal season.
