If a person has sole permission to run hounds on private property, owner lives an hour away and wants nobody else out there nor their stands and asks any stuff found to be removed...is that person allowed to do so? Posted property. Could even get written statement from owner expressing his desires.

I would recommend that you meet with the local Conservation Officer and the landowner together. The officer will know how the prosecutor wishes the various circumstances to be handled as well as what documentation is required. As an individual that does not own the land, I would utilize a great deal of caution when confronting others or removing property of other individuals. I would recommend not taking such action without a minimum of a signed document from the landowner stating the permission or authority the landowner is granting to you. In addition, the law limits certain rights to the landowner which cannot be delegated to a third person.
