What's the laws that covers a deer that's suffering from road injuries? If you have a carry permit is it OK to end the suffering of a injured animal.

The Indiana Code or Indiana Administrative Code does not permit a person to dispatch a deer other than in compliance with the rules regulating the hunting of deer under Indiana Code and Indiana Administrative Code.
