We have neighbors on one property we hunt that decide is target practice time every they see us pull in to hunt. It will go on until they see us leave or it gets dark. I believe it's in retaliation for a call to the CO a few years ago of them trespassing and huntimg over bait. This call lead to an array of charges. Would this fall under the definition of harassment?
