So, you are saying that anytime I see my neighbor hunting on his property, it is legal for me to walk around in my woods beating 2 pots together, and it isn't considered hunter harassment?

You are on your own property and participating in a legal activity. It would not be considered hunter harassment.
If I am hunting deer on my property, I go to shoot a deer. At the same time, my neighbor shoots at a rabbit. My neighbor's shot causes the deer I was about to shoot to jump and run off, I don't get a shot. would you consider that hunter harassment?
Shooting at the rabbit and banging the pots together are both legal activities. Just because we agree with the activity one neighbor is doing and disagree with the other neighbor, doesn't make one right and the other wrong.
