The regulations state that legal shot sizes for turkey hunting with a shotgun ranges from #4 to #7-1/2.
The new tungsten blends are combinations of #7, #8 & #9 shot. With majority of the shot being outside of the allowable range, are these loads legal to hunt with in Indiana?

The load may be a blend but it may only contain the legal shot size for hunting turkey. If the load contains shot that is outside the allowed size range, the shot would be considered illegal.
