Thank you for posting the statues.
So, from you just posting the statures, I have to assume that I can apply herbicide on a public lake (that is not used for drinking water) to an area that is no greater than 25 linear feet of shoreline and no greater than 625 sq. ft. in water no deeper than 6 feet without applying for a permit adjacent to property that I own.
I searched but could not find a definition of a boat landing or bathing beach in the Indiana Statutes.
To me, a boat landing means anyplace that a boat can be docked. A bathing beach is an area that can be used for swimming.
Is this a correct assumption?

That is what I understand it to say.
