Is there a legal definition of where the source river/stream of a lake/reservoir stops being a river/stream and starts being the lake/reservoir?

I ask because the size and keep limits of some fish in rivers and streams are different than in lakes and reservoirs.

Is it immoral to indulge the insistence of an unarmed man to a dual of whits?

I inappropriately apportioned my physical response to an emotional reaction.

I was unable to locate a legal definition. However, some courts have held that the dividing line between a stream and the main body of water is a line between the most outwardly point of the two banks of the stream.
