Is it legal to keep a skull with antlers attached to the head, is it the same same as a shed?

You may legally possess a shed that is found. You cannot possess a skull with the antlers attached that you did not legally obtain. An antlered deer in Indiana can legally be obtained only through hunting or a permit issued by the department.
