Thanks for your prompt response. It was just confusing a little. Big oaks manages Muscatatuck. At Big Oaks, during the youth hunt they can use a M/R tag and harvest additional antlered deer. Even reading the code is kind of mis-leading. I appreciate you taking the time to clarify for me.

The Muscatatuck hunt is during the youth weekend.
