bonus antlerless on national forest property

Hello, 


I just wanted to confirm that I am allowed to harvest a doe on national forest property with a bonus antlerless license.  I called to Hoosier National Forest and they said they follow state law by county.  As long as I don't exceed the quota of 2 for the county I'm hunting, am I ok to fill bonus antlerless tags on national forest property?

The bonus antlerless license can be used on National Forest. All hunting regulations apply to these properties.
