Youth - Reduction Zone

Does the youth apprentice license satisfy the requirements for my daughter to be able to hunt in a reduction zone? In other words, can she hunt with me in our reduction zone after January 5th when all other seasons are over? Thanks!

Yes. The apprentice license has the same benefits as the regular license except the apprentice license has the supervision requirement due to the license holder not having hunter education.

Please do not wait to have her take hunter education until she has purchased her all the apprentice licenses she is allowed. Several people make this mistake and then rush around to get a certification. Hunter Education classes can be located through www.indianahuntereducation.com.
