We have several nuisance beaver running wild across our land. I know we are allowed to trap/snare/shoot them. Question I have is, can we legally destroy/remove the beaver den from our property? If so by what means? Every year they just seem to re-infest the old den. Thanks in advance.

I've been wrong before just ask my wife
