Our governor just signed an EO restricting the free movement of Indiana citizens starting 11:59pm March 24th thru 11:59pm April 6. However, on www.in.gov/gov/3232.htm - it mentions that state parks will remain open and can be used by citizens. How does this EO impact the use of public Indiana lakes and waterways, including the use of a boat to catch fish?

The Executive Order does not impact the use of Indiana lakes and waterways or the use of boats. All buildings on state property are closed and fees are currently being waived. The utilization of outdoor facilities are being encouraged with the caveat that it not be group activities and social distancing should be complied with. Section 7(c) on page 3 of Executive Order 20-08 addresses this issue.
