Have all 2019 licenses...hunting, fishing, apprentice etc... been extended for 60 days instead of expire March 31 2020?

A person who has a valid 2019-2020 annual license or stamp that was set to expire March 31, 2020 may continue to hunt and/or fish under that license until 11:59 p.m. on May 22, 2020. Licenses that would meet this requirement include: annual hunting licenses, annual fishing licenses, hunting & fishing combination licenses, youth licenses, Trout/Salmon Stamp Privileges, and Game Bird Habitat Stamp Privileges.
