I have noticed that the sign in sheets and access cards for public areas are/have run out during this non-essential shutdown time.

Do you have any insight as to the procedures our Officers will be following in these cases or will handling it be up to individual officer discretion?

Is it immoral to indulge the insistence of an unarmed man to a dual of whits?

I inappropriately apportioned my physical response to an emotional reaction.
