Finished pic of the chickens. deadeer I have never put any juice in the tray with anything I’ve smoked. I just line with foil to make clean up easy from all the drippings.

Yep, I risked it with you in mind! Lol. It came out wonderful. The bacon seemed to have soaked up a ton of smoke. May have been a little much. I dont know. My tastes have really been off for a long time now, per my wife.

DONE!! You all are incredible, and the pictures are killing me. It all looks wonderful. Nothing incredible. Just takes some research and messing around. I only messed up one meal we wouldnt eat. Some weren't that good, but after a couple years, pretty much everything now is quite delicious when you find out what flavors suit you. It's a very rewarding hobby. I enjoy giving it away for others to try as much as eating it myself.

What time should I arrive I have to really plan ahead and do the math with such a long cook time. As said, working around hunting, let alone work and family, makes it tough to know when the time is right. All that being said, hoping it's at 200deg and ready at noon tomorrow. See you then. Lol

I'll be brewing tomorrow instead of smoking. 10 gallons of an Irish Red, but 5 gallons will have lager yeast instead of an ale yeast. Both yeast are new yeast strands that I'm testing out for a local brewery. Both strands collected from a farm in Michigan.

I know a lot of people drink all different Brewers beers and no doubt a big deal right now but I just can’t drink it I get the worst headache and fill like I ate a whole pork butt myself and that’s just after two of them The taste is good on the ones I’ve had but sure doesn’t agree with me at all

He sticks with wine. Wine doesn't bother him.
