I’ve looked all over and can’t find the regs on running hoop nets. If you could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hoop nets fall under the commercial fishing regulations in 312 IAC 9-8. I can provide detailed directions on how to get to the Administrative Code or if you have a specific question, I can post the portion that pertains to your question. The Administrative Code is a pdf that you download and there is no direct link I can find to provide.
