I have ran Moultrie trail cameras for many years, ever since you could load them with SD cards. I keep annual folders on a laptop of locations of cameras and organize photos by month after viewing and deleting pics captured in the field. Within the last month I would go to view pictures off of and SD card, and the full size pic would come up for a split second, then poof, minimize to wear you couldn't see what was in the pic. This happened on all SD cards off of all cameras trying to be viewed on multiple makes of laptops with Windows 10 installed. I researched the problem, and I wasn't the only one seeing this. Moultrie and Microsoft are both aware of the problem, and it has to do with a current update on Windows. Hopefully an update in the future will correct the problem. For now, a quick fix is as follows. Insert your SD card in to your computer, locate the DCIM folder under the installed device, open it up to view your pictures, select all photos, right mouse click on any photo, a drop down will appear, double click on rotate right, all photos should rotate, ensure all photos are still selected, right click on any photo, from the drop down menu select rotate left, all photos should rotate left. Now click on any photo, and it should appear normal. It's a pain in the rear, but at least you can see your photos in their normal size.
