Escaped Amish farm Deer some believe…… Snider will get the calculator working ! Yep…round two with the magical tape!! ? He already had it scored by an official scorer. (Still has to wait for drying period). He does not have to enter it in B&C book, which he said he has no interest. Time will tell.

A simple look how Huff entering his buck paid major dividends, but this guy doesn’t want a piece of that pie? Smells rotten…. Side note: Huff buck was measured by an official scorer originally too, but somehow grew 3” after that!!

The Ohio young man doesn't want B&C to panel score because he knows they will deduct for common base points most likely.

Let’s not forget the panel scoring of the Huff buck was in a certain person’s basement if I remember correctly. The HRB accepted the B&C score so it didn’t get scored again. A certain person being involved just muddies the water for these magnificent bucks….that’s all.

Dustin seemed to like Snider, of course he paid him big $$ and had replica antlers made for him, so whats not to like... lol.

Yea that common base G2 is gonna be a big deduction. ( Would be scored as a 8 point typical ) I have doubts that it scores 206 7/8 as a 8 point?? There are two pics of this buck. The pic on the right makes it appear as though it may be a ten point typical. The first pic (on the left) may be hiding the left side g4. I believe the deer may be a ten point typical with 3 or 4 abnormal points (the sticker on the left G1, the sticker going down after the g1, the common base point on the left G2, and one around the right g3 or g4.

The Huff Buck was never panel scored at any Big Game awards as you said certain people came to Ohio and looked at the rack and reviewed the numbers……

Regardless of what that buck scores, or what its monetary value may or may not be, that young man killed a once in a lifetime buck.
And that's the thing that seems to get lost in these situations.

I have a friend that killed a B&C buck here in Switz. CO. several years ago. He jumped all the hoops to get buck enteted in book. (Said never again.)The process and cost was ridiculous. He had to drive to IL where awards banquet was being held, after all said and done, paying for lodging, fuel, food and 3 days missed work, it cost him approx. $3,000. Just to get a deer scored for book!!!! This was 15 years ago, cost today would prolly be double. Many people can't afford the process.
