What actions can be taken when you have neighbors that will not contain there cattle. I have sent them numerous trail camera pictures where they are running free on my property. They will not return calls or reply. They are absolutely destroying my woods. I have been very neighborly. But this is getting ridiculous and I am running out of patience.

Cattle would be considered domestic livestock and regulated by your local county animal control officer. Continue to document the incidents like you have previously done so you have evidence to show the animal control officers. Document any damage the cattle are potentially causing (fencing/crops/woods) as it could become a civil matter which you may need to seek legal advice from an attorney on.
