I'm a little unclear. If this passes, what calibers would then be legal? The reason I'm asking is because I thought it couldn't be bigger than .243, but I've seen a couple people say that they would be using their 30-06. I apologize if this is a dumb question, I'm no expert. It's any caliber .243 and bigger Thank you, I must have mis-read it. I actually just traded my 30-06 away to my wife's uncle, may buy it back if this passes, although I may just buy a .243 instead.

There are a lot of HPR's I'd like to own but from my current selection I'd use my Mosin Nagant or the Savage Hog Hunter in 308.

I will use my Marlin 336 in 35 Remington and won't have to trim the brass.

I am going to get the Browning BAR 30-06 out of the safe that my Uncle gave me a few years ago. He used to deer hunt with it in KY and wanted it to go to a good home as he got older and quit hunting. Will be glad to put it to use deer hunting.
After I get the nostalgia out of the way who knows. My 45-70 would like to go hunting. Might just stick with my PCR's sometime also. Can't forget the Contender Handguns. Decisions, decisions.
