I like wiskey in general but rarely drink any. My favorite at the current time is Bullet. Jameson is my old faithful, but I guess maybe not a bourbon.

Ol number 7 for me. Tennessee whiskey. I’ll drink about any bourbon as well. Basil Hayden is pretty good.

Buffalo Trace, Eagle Rare, and Booker's. They're pricey though so I don't get them too often, but on special occasions and sometimes I get them as gifts.

Jim Beam Honey! I never was much of a whiskey drinker, maybe an occasional mixed drink. Someone gave me a tiny bottle of the JB Honey, I think at the family Christmas party, and I liked the sound of it. Always was fond of honey, and the more I thought about it, the better it tasted in my mind. Finally got around to pouring the whole tiny (50 ml) bottle over one cube of ice, and sipping it before bedtime a couple weeks ago. Picked up a full-sized bottle the next time I was at the store. Very pleasant nitecap.

Not bourbon, but scotch, I think Johnny Walker Black label is the best of anything I ever had. Crown Royal is pretty smooth too to me. Wife thinks all booze sucks besides Rumchatta. Lol

I like good bourbon; Basil Hayden, Woodford, Bird Dog, Bullet, Traverse City, etc. Good old Jim Beam isn't bad for an economical bourbon. Was never a fan of Makers Mark, Grand Dad or Wild Turkey. Although not really a bourbon, Gentleman Jack is some fine stuff.

What ever you are pouring. I tried some Turkey 101 and it was not bad. I have had Blantons and really like it but I shy away because of the price. I don't drink that much so I should go good. My go to is MAKERS MARK 46 right now. With a good Maduro ceegar makes a nice pairing. For the Coors and Bud fans out there try Yueglings and you probably will not look back. Their Black & Tan is great.

I drink mostly my homebrew beer, but a good KY bourbon (Buffalo Trace) is good once in awhile. In the next day or two it's time to rack a brown porter. In a week or two brewing a Black IPA.

Rum, spiced with a number of various mixers. Never did care for whiskey even when I drank to alarming excess I will have a shot of it here and there after a fi l of beer and then it taste good to me. But I prefer spiced rum or miller lite

Kickin Chicken (WT) and Maker's Mark are good for my purposes when a bourbon is called for. I am truly a vodka man, Stoli if at all possible. Skol!

Random Thoughts:
Evan Williams - can't beat it for the price, but gives me heart burn. Jim Beam - can't pour enough Coke in it to make it drinkable. Crown Royal & Jack - great, but neither are bourbon. Makers, Knob, Woodford - all good go to's and no guest will complain. Basil Hayden - what I get when the wife wants bourbon. Maybe the most drinkable of all. Willett & Bookers - great for another $10-15 more than Basil Hayden. Journeyman Distillery "Featherbone" - EXCELLENT, but hard to get south of Indy. About $50.
On a side note, Scotch must be priced according to how much the gym socks it was filtered through cost. Just my opinion.
