Eating at 11 is OK by me! ;D I'm planning on being there by 8:30-9AM. Are we going to handicap on the trap range? I'm going to Roush Lake range this week one day and shoot a round or two just to get my timing back on. Are there going to be any wagers? h.h.

I thought all maybe 50 birds at 16 yards.....or maybe half (25) 16 and half (25) at 20? Going back to 27 would be a waste of shells for me.. Uh, oh!! Practicing is no fair.. Yeah, I'd bet on it. Friendly wagers of course... Definitely bragging rights..

Now, what's all this smack about me missing clays? I'm in the 17-18 busted area, that isn't HORRIBLE. Keep mouthing off and I'll have a crew there doing an Investigative piece on shirtless hunters, and EVERYONE will be implicated in the scandal!!!

It has been suggested that everyone bring a lawn chair so we can sit around and shoot the bull.... Picnic tables are not condusive to a large BS session....

If anyone has a contractor grade extension cord(s) or multi outlet plugs like the ones used on PC's, would you please bring them as a couple of members are bringing crock pots and I'm bringing a roaster. We not sure how many plugs are in the pavilion.
4 Days and counting! h.h.

If I'm shooting my .410 then I need to be spotted 10 birds on the skeet field. It's only fair since I have only 1/2 the shot and about 1/10 the powder in my shells.

Ok.. Walmart has some shot shells pretty cheap.
What do you all recommend shot size for 16 and 20 yard trap and for skeet? 12 guage of course...

Whatever is cheapest Woody. Skeet loads are best, but if you can get 7's or 8's dirt cheap than go for it. Now me, I shoot deer slugs at them......thus me missing a few now and then. It really helps with the practice for the shot at a running deer. So, if I were you I'd go ahead and get a case of slugs....the cheap ones will be just fine.
