I bought 12 gauge lead shot tonight. I haven't bought 12 gauge lead shot in more than 20 years.

Jon Snow and Mossberg 500, its Christmas eve. You guys going to be able to sleep tonite? LOL, is it that obvious? Who drives 3 hours to rabbit hunt? ...mossberg! I have decided to rest up today for the rabbits tomorrow. I might check out the outdoorsman to see it they have a 209 nipple to replace my 11. George Clooney loaned me his 20ga O/U for the rabbits. I'm ready.

I found the Mag-Spark. Looks like there are a couple places in Indiana, but not around me.
It was $27 plus shipping from Ohio.
Thanks!

Be jealous guys, be very jealous. Ran em today for right at three hours. Jumped and circled 7. Most numerous times. Guess you should have been there. Ryan, the excuse today why he couldn't go. Hard freeze. Don't run well on a hard freeze.

That dog ran, opened the tailgate, he hit the ground, and kept right on running.

Fred played Houdini today and slipped off across the road and didn't want to come in. Not sure where his head is now days. Me thinks it stuck on deer mode. Bella made first trip to woods. Shows a desire to hunt.

Shows a desire to hunt. She better. Otherwise these rabbits will turn on her in the pen. They don't mess around. I can't guarantee they won't chase her. As much as I run them they think it's a game. Might get mad if they don't get to play. Fred is another story. Find a place you know deer are and a rabbit isn't. Let him walk around until he opens up on one and turn him inside out with the collar. Only takes once or twice. My one got bored a couple weeks ago and thought it be fun. He didn't leave my side for the rest of the day after he had a conversation with Mr sportdog.

Hard freeze. Don't run well on a hard freeze. Umm......what? The best one I ever heard was "you have bad dirt down there". That dog ran, opened the tailgate, he hit the ground, and kept right on running. This man is the king of excuses. Leaves, grass, too dry, too wet, bare ground, gravel, wind, cold, heat... The only issue I have is dry snow. If it's dry and on the ground I stay home. They'll jump one but can't line it out. Best running I've ever had was in a torrential downpour. They ran all day like they were tied to the bunny. Frost they get a little mouthy before the jump, after the frost melted today it was lock down running. It's a bunch of excuses. Like the saying goes, when the tailgate drops the ........ stops. I don't by any means have the best world beaters in the world, but I haven't ran with anyone they couldn't have with. Just hate guys that talk their dogs up then when it comes to run they are blowing up everywhere. I prefer to let the dogs do the talking. One time, and I mean once, I talked em up. That was a slap in the face.
