My next project is a Remington 700 AAC-SD .308 rifle that I will put in a Magpul chassis.
And my last project isn't even home yet. Lol! It's a Handi-Rifle that I sent the barrel off to Oregon to be reamed to .357 Max and the stock set to Genesis 27:3 for hydrodipping in Predator fall gray.
My bases are covered for next firearms season regardless of the outcome of HB 1231.

My next toy...Smith n Wesson 629 Talo with a 2.5 or 3 inch barrel. Haven't decided barrel length yet. John Snow....try a Remington 1100 Sporting 28. It's lIght...fast swing...with the recoil of a 10/22 rifle. If you can't find one I may be able to do you a loaner for squirrel season next year...but I do have a camo 11-87 20ga also....maybe help you sneak up on them better???...lol And the 30-06 is a great pistol round. Believe it or not I would prefer shooting it as a pistol over a rifle any day. Shot my longest deer shot ever on a doe off a bipod with mine. She dropped in her tracks while she was grazing corn stubble. 287 yards...Hornady ammo with a V-max bullet (I believe it was either a 155 grain or a 168 grain round, can't remember) Exit wound looked like a racquetball went through there. Hi single-shooter, I'm too big and ugly to sneak up on anything, but I can get within shotgun range. LOL I now have some more weapons that will help me out, but I still have a long list. I bet that 11-87 is nice too. I like camo, especially id I'm actually going to use it. I don't have any safe queens. If I'm not using it, there's a good chance that I'll give it to someone who will. Hey, can you post a photo of what you use with the 30-06. I have a few boxes from when I had the rifle. I'd still like to have another. I found a box of that 30-06 ammo and they're green polymer tipped 155 grain. I had them made for me by a guy in Illinois. He's the wiry little guy who always has several tables at Indy 1500.

My next item that I want is a new shotgun shell reloader , back in the day I use to reload my own shells . I would like to try and reload steel shot . then I need another compound bow ( left handed ) , a German short haired pointer ( this one will be 6 + years ) I already have 2 dogs . a 10 and a 28 gauge shotgun . I might need a part time job for all these items .

In no certain order...but probably going with the new muzzle loader first
Leupold VX-2 4-12x40 scope for my 300 Win Mag CVA Accura V2 (nitride) for this next deer season (have to sell my Winchester .44 or Remington .243 first though) Ten Point X-bow of some sort...haven't picked a model yet though
The more I sit and think...the longer my list gets!

Take a look at the Titan Extreme on the low end. It is their workhorse, solid, easy to setup, and easy on the wallet.

Hey medic22...let me know how you like that 642. I just got one as well but don't foresee any range time with it in the near future.
Walked in to a gun shop to buy a couple AR mags and a guy was trying to trade it in and the shop didn't want it...so $260 later I took it home. Looks like new. I planned on selling it to a buddy of mine who wants a snubbie 38...but then the wife saw it. It's still here.

After 20 rounds and watching the cylinder, i learned to anticipate the trigger break, started putting rounds in a ragged hole at 10yards after that. Itll replace my LCP as a concealment gun, and possibly my glocks as EDC's. Its super light and easy to shoot.
